Legal information regarding the use of Pipeline Power Ltd services.

This page outlines the terms governing the use of our website and AI-powered services.

PIPELINE POWER LTD
WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Effective date: 30 July 2026

ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms govern access to and use of www.pipelinepower.co.uk, including any demonstration, consultation-booking or enquiry features made available through the website.

The website is operated by Pipeline Power Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16802218.

Contact: [email protected]

Pipeline Power provides business-to-business AI-assisted communication, enquiry-handling, administrative and automation services. These website terms do not themselves create a contract for paid services. Paid services are governed by a separate written service agreement, order form and, where applicable, data processing agreement.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

The website provides general information about Pipeline Power and its services. We take reasonable steps to keep the information accurate and current, but it may not always be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular business.

Nothing on the website constitutes medical, clinical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on information that could affect health, legal rights, regulatory compliance or financial decisions.

AI DEMONSTRATIONS

The website may allow you to interact with an AI-assisted telephone, messaging or booking demonstration.

Demonstrations are provided to illustrate the general capabilities of the technology. Unless Pipeline Power or an identified clinic expressly confirms otherwise in writing:

• a demonstration does not create a genuine clinical appointment;
• information supplied during a demonstration is not reviewed by a medical professional;
• no diagnosis, treatment recommendation or professional opinion is provided;
• AI-generated information should not be relied upon as medical, clinical, legal or financial advice; and
• availability, prices, services and other information used in a demonstration may be fictional or configured solely for testing.

AI systems can misunderstand instructions or produce incomplete or incorrect responses. Do not provide unnecessary medical information, payment-card details, passwords, identification documents or other highly sensitive information during a demonstration.

Where a demonstration permits a consultation request, it remains subject to confirmation and does not become a binding appointment or service agreement unless expressly confirmed.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• use the website or demonstrations fraudulently, unlawfully or abusively;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, connected systems, accounts or data;
• interfere with the security, availability or operation of the website;
• introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic intended to overload or disrupt the service;
• attempt to extract prompts, security controls, confidential information or personal data;
• impersonate another person or provide information that you know is false or misleading;
• use a demonstration to seek urgent medical assistance or professional advice;
• record, reproduce or commercially exploit a demonstration in a misleading or unlawful way; or
• infringe the rights of Pipeline Power or any third party.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the website, systems, users or third parties are at risk.

URGENT AND EMERGENCY MATTERS

The website and AI demonstrations are not emergency services and must not be used for urgent medical, safety, safeguarding or law-enforcement matters.

If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless stated otherwise, Pipeline Power owns or is licensed to use the website and its content, including text, branding, layouts, graphics, demonstrations, software configurations and other materials.

You may view the website and make reasonable internal copies for evaluating Pipeline Power’s services. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the website or its content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits this.

Pipeline Power and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authorisation without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, communications, calendar, payment and automation providers.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content on websites that we do not control. However, nothing in this section removes any responsibility that Pipeline Power has under applicable law for service providers processing personal data on its behalf.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw part of the website for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.

Statements such as “24/7” describe the intended availability of the automated service and do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Paid-client availability, support and service commitments are governed by the applicable written service agreement.

CONSULTATIONS, PRICING AND GUARANTEES

Website prices described as “from” prices are indicative starting prices. The final scope, charges, third-party usage costs, taxes and payment terms will be stated before a client enters into a paid service agreement.

Any trial, refund promise or money-back guarantee is subject to the eligibility requirements, time limits, exclusions and claim procedure stated in the written offer or service agreement supplied before purchase. The website does not create an unconditional refund right separate from those written terms or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited; or
• any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

The website and demonstrations are provided free of charge for general information and evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline Power is not liable for business losses arising solely from reliance on website information or a free demonstration, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data.

Pipeline Power remains responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of its breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires such responsibility.

Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable written service agreement and is not determined by these website terms.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the website.

CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS

We may update the website and these terms to reflect changes to our services, technology, security requirements or the law.

The effective date at the top of this page will show when these terms were last updated. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing paid-service agreement unless that agreement permits the change.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

NO WAIVER

If Pipeline Power delays or does not enforce a provision of these terms, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under the law of another part of the United Kingdom.
